How it works

Once you sign up via one of the links below, you will receive a welcome email with the relevant information to get started.  The structure of the program is as follows:

  • Weekly email sent out on Monday with a summary of the weekly tasks

  • Each video lesson is released on Monday

  • Weekly live zoom call (1 hour) Thursdays at 4.30pm AEST (More times will be added if the first group fills up)

  • A weekly quiz will be available after watching the video

  • A weekly worksheet will be available after watching the video
